Hey, I’m Louise, I’m an exile-swede, living in Berlin since 2007. I’m on mission to connect the world, individually and as a whole. Mindfulness helps us, not only to CONNECT TO HERE AND NOW – WHERE LIFE IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING BUT ALSO listen to those inner DIALOGS AND accept them, calling them out of the shadows.

COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY (CBT) HELP US UNDERSTAND OUR THOUGHTS, FEELINGS AND BELIEFS AT THEIR DEPTH, SO THAT WE CAN CREATE NEW HABITS AND THOUGHT-PATTERNS THAT ALIGN WITH OUR REALITY AND TRUE NATURE.

THEREFOR, UNDERSTANDING and CONNECTING WITH WHO WE ARE IS BOTH A PRIVILEGE & A RESPONSIBILITY.

"BUT, I CAN'T MEDITATE!"

Meditation is a very individual process and we all connect with the present very differently, so don’t beat yourself up if you can’t sit still like a monk for hours and chant. Neither can I.
